Whether we’re meeting for the first time, or you’ve seen me around your school, I thought I would take a moment and tell you all about myself!

As you know, my name is Lift-Off!, and I’m a superstar nutrition and wellness champion! I’m a kid too, just like you! When I was really little, I used to watch my parents do all sorts of neat exercises, grow garden, and even make really yummy food. When I was 3 they told me that eating well and being active were important for kids like me. I knew I would grow up to be big and strong like them if I treated my body right, so I’ve been learning all about nutrition and exercise. With my passion for health and wellness, I've also developed a love for writing and sharing my knowledge. I showed all of my friends how to eat healthy and be strong by exercising, and they’ve had so much fun and feel so good that they call me a “superstar” and their “champion”!
